- Development of new inspection methods for critical Quality and Process parameters based on DFMEA and PFMEA
- Execute Measurement System Analysis on inspection methods
- Benchmark inspection methods/levels in the industry
- Develop documentation for inspection methods (control instructions, P-FMEA, Risk assessments)
- Implementation of inspection methods at plant or suppliers
- Support root cause analysis and production support
- Ensure cooperation with universities, institutes and knowledge centers
- Solid experience with composite processes (VARTM) and composite materials (Corematerials, fiberglass, Epoxy, infusion materials)
- Wind turbine blade manufacturing
- Wind turbine blade design
- Process development and testing in laboratory/workshop
- High level of English skills
- Knowledge of CAD design tools (ACAD, Inventor, NX etc.)
- Understanding of PFMEA and Risk assessments
- Intermediate command with Word and Excel
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You hold a degree in chemical engineering, composite engineering, material sciences or similar
- You have an understanding of statistics
- You have a structured approach to your work and can handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview
- You possess the ability to both work independently and in teams
- It is highly appreciated, if you have experience in composites and structural repairs
- It is an advantage if you have industry experience and NDT
